Lunch: Beef biryani with cauliflower rice and white yogurt
Dinner: Chicken stir fry with vegetables
Snack: Chia seeds yogurt
Dessert: Vanilla cake with lebnah
 
TUESDAY 02.06.
Breakfast: Nut granola with berries
Lunch: Lamb kofta with pan fry almond bread and tabbouleh and lebnah
Dinner: Salmon coconut curry
Snack: Almond pizza with cheese
Dessert: Chocolate and avocado fudgy brownie
 
WEDNESDAY 03.06.
Breakfast: Egg shakshuka with tomato, pepper, spinach and feta cheese
Lunch: Maroccan beef stew and cauliflower zaatar pancakes
Dinner: Turkey meatballs with vegetable noodles and cheese
