Lunch: Slow pot - roast lamb shoulder
Dinner: Riccota stuffed chicken breast with lettuce wrap
Snack: NYC style glazed nuts
Dessert: Roasted walnuts, avocado and choco bar

Breakfast: Blueberry pancakes with chia seeds yogurth
Lunch: Salmon fish cake
Dinner: Chipotte chicken skewers with chopped salad
