Breakfast: Egg omellete with spinach with flax seeds bread
Lunch: Beef goulash with cauliflower rice
Dinner: Chicken kebab with zucchini pancakes and pepper
Snack: Caleslaw salad
Dessert: Raffaelo balls
 
SUNDAY 19.01.
Breakfast: Coconut cookie with forrest fruits
Lunch:Rampsteak with demiglase sauce
Dinner: Chicken quinoa risotto 
Snack: Protein smoothie
Dessert: Choco banana with pistaccio
 
MONDAY 20.01.
Breakfast: Chicken pate with rocked salad, spinach, beetroot and baked walnuts
Lunch: Beef falafel with pumpkin homous, grilled portobello and sesame sticks
Dinner: Shredded salmon salad with grapefruit and pineapple
Snack:Cream of broccoli
Dessert: Paleo cheesecake
 
TUESDAY 21.01.
Breakfast: Avocado and zucchini frittata with carrot and beetroot salad
Lunch: Shredded duck with pumpkin and broccoli purre
Dinner: Chicken burger stuffed with cashew cheese and sweet potato with bacon
Snack: Baked nuts
Dessert: Lime cake
 
WEDNESDAY 22.01.
Breakfast: Baked eggs with avocado, spinach, tomato, bacon and olives salad
Lunch: Beef bologneese with mix noodles
Dinner: Grilled chicken with grilled veggies
Snack: Apple cinanom dates and mix nuts
Dessert: Carrot cake
 
THURSDAY 23.01.
Breakfast: Egg salad with bacon
Lunch: Baked hamour with baked veggies
Dinner: Fried chicken in mix seeds
Snack: Veggie stick in avocado dip
Dessert: Choco panacota with fruits
