DESSERT - Paleo brownie with pistachio & goji berries

BREAKFAST - Yogurt with mango, chia seeds & almond cake
LUNCH - Lamb kapama with gluten-free pasta
DINNER - Salmon fishcake
SNACK - Apple salad with chia seeds
DESSERT - Blueberry cheesecake

MONDAY 14.1.

BREAKFAST - Sweet omelet with fruits & maple syrup
LUNCH - Lamb tikka with paleo tabouli & curry cauliflower
DINNER - Chicken shawarma with a garlic dip, pickles & bread
SNACK - Nuts & dry fruits
DESSERT - Sweet cherry muffin

TUESDAY 15.1.

BREAKFAST - English style breakfast
LUNCH - Slowly cooked beef with garlic spinach & sweet potato
DINNER - Rolled chicken with red pepper, baby spinach & zucchini/carrot sauce. Broccoli, grilled orange with star anise & lettuce
SNACK - Creamy mushroom soup
DESSERT - Chocolate brownie with strawberry cream

LUNCH - Stuffed meatloaf with pumpkin & sweet potato puree
