Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato, cauliflower and zucchini pancakes
Lunch: Baked beef with Chinese mushrooms and mix Chinese veggies
Dinner: Stuffed chicken burger with bacon and mix lettuce salad
Snack: Cauliflower pizza with bacon and mushrooms

TUESDAY 19.11.
Breakfast: American pancakes with caramel fruits and baked walnuts
Lunch: Rampsteak with rocked salad, Brussels and avocado salsa and olives
Dinner: Chicken basilica pesto with broccoli, mushrooms, red cabbage and spinach protein salad
