Lunch: Slowly baked beef with baked potato

Dinner: Grilled Mexican style chicken with tomato salsa and cauliflower pancakes

Dessert: Raffaelo balls

Snack: Apple, carrot and cinnamon salad

 

SUNDAY 01.12.

Breakfast: Egg roll wrap with veggies

Lunch: Lamb biryani with rice

Dinner: Chicken with butter nut, peacan, dates and veggies noodles

Dessert: Berry panacotta

Snack: Cream of broccoli

 

MONDAY 02.12.

Breakfast: Coconut waffles with choco dip and fruits

Lunch: Maroccan beef with almond dumplings and gluten free pasta

Dinner: Fish roll with fry veggies

Dessert: Choco muffin

Snack: Quinoa salad

 

 

TUESDAY 03.12.

Breakfast: Vegetable hush with boiled eggs

Lunch: Mongolian beef with wild rice

Dinner: Zaatar chicken with mint harissa tabouli and onion bread

Dessert: Vanilla cake with berry gelatine

Lunch: Bbq beef tortilla with tomato salsa and corn

Dinner: Salmon fish cake with dil dip and crispy broccoli
