SNACK - Veggie soup
DESSERT - Low carb brownie

SUNDAY 3.3.

BREAKFAST - Chicken sandwich with grilled zucchini 
LUNCH - Rump steak with mushroom sauce & grilled chickpeas
DINNER - Fish salad/hammour
SNACK - Red cabbage yogurt with honey
DESSERT - Pannacotta with strawberries

MONDAY 4.3.

BREAKFAST - Omellete with avocado, asparagus & spinach
LUNCH - Mongolian beef with boiled potato
DINNER - Stuffed chicken burger with cashew cheese
SNACK - Greek salad
DESSERT - Chocolate chip cookie

TUESDAY 5.3.

BREAKFAST - Blackberry yogurt with low carb bread & coconut cream
LUNCH - Lamb tikka with rice
DINNER - Chicken Caesar salad
SNACK - Fresh grapes with walnuts
DESSERT - Choco banana with pistachio

LUNCH - Stroganoff with Mexican side dish

LUNCH - Beef goulash with wild rice
DINNER - Sea bass with a Sicilian side dish
