Lunch: Stuffed beef burger with zucchini ban, bacon and pickles
Dinner: Shrimps with corn, beans and peas and mix veggies in teriyaki sauce
Snack: Banana spinach smootie

Breakfast: Stuffed omelette with almond cheese, cabbage, avocado pate and bread
Lunch: Baked lamb with brussels and creamy spinach
Dinner: Chicken risotto with wild rice, peppers and mushrooms
