Snack: Carrot, honey and coriander soup

SUNDAY 13.10.

Breakfast:  Chef Paul sweet breakfast with homemade nutella, coco cream and fruits

Lunch: Chicken in pistaccio sauce and cauliflower pancakes with salad

Dinner: Fish burger with baked veggies and rested potato

Snack: Tzaltiki salad

Dessert: Cheesecake


MONDAY 14.10.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach, bacon, tomato and protein bread

Lunch:  Saute stroganoff, cauliflower rice with spinach and zucchini

Dinner: Chicken meatballs with sweet potato gnocchi

Snack: Protein bar

Dessert: Coconut bounty


TUESDAY 15.10.

Breakfast: Chicken club sandwich with rocked salad

Lunch: Chicken kebab with veggie pure, pickles, bacon and bread

Dinner: Grilled hammour with green mix salad, peas and corn

Snack: Coleslaw salad

Dessert: Almond and pecan pie



Breakfast: Sunny side eggs with kale bread and tzaltziki salad

Lunch: Beef Bolognese with gluten free spaghetti

Dinner: Grilled chicken with grilled veggies
