Lunch: Beef goulash with cauliflower rice and spinach
Dinner: Chicken thigs with tomato sauce and baked potato
Snack: Tzaltziki salad

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach, bacon, tomato and protein bread
Lunch:  Saute stroganoff with potato purre
Dinner: Chicken meatballs with kale and mix paprika
