Lunch: Beef Bolognese with gluten free spaghetti
Dinner: Chicken sauté with mushrooms, cucumber and broccoli salad
Snack: Mango smootie
Dessert: Lime panna cotta

Breakfast: Egg frittata with zucchini and bacon, cabbage salad
Lunch: Cooked lamb with potato puree
Dinner: Chicken shish tawook with grilled bread and tabouleh salad
